Phase Two incorporates the full development of menu and recipes, along with identification of all integral supporting aspects of technology, equipment and customer communication. Phase Three involves development of multiple human resource functions such as to labor scheduling, skills training, and follow up necessary to insure excellence of execution and customer satisfaction.
