Phase One is a review of the company’s market to determine the food offer that would best meet consumer needs. In addition, a through review of current capabilities, process and systems is undertaken.  Phase Two incorporates the full development of menu and recipes, along with identification of all integral supporting aspects of technology, equipment and customer communication.  Phase Three involves development of multiple human resource functions such as to labor scheduling, skills training, and follow up necessary to insure excellence of execution and customer satisfaction.

    b2b Solutions executed a full development plan and launch for a chain’s new prototype store aspiring to attract foodservice consumers desiring a new, relevant, and most important, craveable, menu, with a fresh design.
