    • Created marketing and operational blueprints of plans to bring units to their full potential.
    • Evaluated all marketing contracts and renegotiate with vendors for improved contracts.

    • Developed organizational policies and planned business objectives.
    • Reviewed activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in obtaining objectives.
    • Initiated customer service and customer awareness programs to create a real “convenience” for the customer in the store.
    • Developed on-going training programs and knowledge testing as part of our compensation plan.
    • Worked with Human Resources to ensure a low turn-over rate by achieving a low-cost or no-cost program to improve employee to management relationship
    • Created an employee council to ensure awareness in management of employee concerns.
    • Successfully completed two acquisitions totaling 121 stores.

    • Increased revenue at FFP Partners with the same number of stores by $111MM (40%) annually.
    • Increased margin by $5MM (20%) annually by Implemented innovative sales and marketing programs that were designed to develop new business, expand profit margins, and increase market share.
    • Developed a private label brand that became the 3rd best seller for Leggett Myers within 18 months. (Meridian Cigarettes)
    • Earnings per share increased from $0.16 per share to $1.22.
