Responsible for development of all food service programs including R&D, profitability, and marketing.
- Was asked to return to Rutter’s to design and implement a proprietary food service program that, once completed, delivered a 35% increase over their existing program. Including; menu design, recipe development, process development, and systems to monitor profitability.
- Negotiated all vendor contracts for goods and services needed to execute the programs
- Developed the marketing plan to deliver steady growth and continuous new item introductions to create trial.

A chain of over 500 Convenience Stores located in 5 southern states
Director of Food Service (2005 – 2007)
- Completed the design and implementation of a proprietary food service program that was part of the narrative that assisted the company in their ISP offering.
- Re-negotiated contracts in food, coffee, and fountain programs in existing stores that made all programs more profitable
- Worked on their new concept store design that was ultimately adopted for rollout to all markets
- Once ISP was issued, company embarked on significant growth through acquisition. Worked on implementing existing food service programs into acquired chains as well as improving programs that were already in some of these locations.

Responsible for development of all food service programs including R&D, profitability, and marketing.
- Was charged with developing a food service program designed to successfully compete with Sheetz and WaWa, which were two chains that had entered their markets.
- Re-designed their existing food service offering to ensure growth and profitability.
- Re-designed their coffee and fountain programs to better compliment the food offering to increase check average and profits.
- Realized growth of 300% from new programs in food, coffee, and fountain over existing offers.

Responsible for the development and operation of food, coffee, and fountain programs.
- Company had no real food offering and several stores didn’t have coffee.
- Designed and implemented food programs to 50% of locations
- Designed and implemented coffee programs so 90% of locations were able to offer it.
